Terms & Conditions – 89bat Platform Rules and Player Obligations

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 89bat platform (accessible at https://89bat.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and progressive web application variants), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by 89bat, including but not limited to: the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programme operated by 89bat at any time.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

02 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The 89bat platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place a wager on the 89bat platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all players without exception. 89bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to close any account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The 89bat platform is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 89bat does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and criminally prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a permitted jurisdiction and that your participation does not violate any applicable law.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 89bat platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact support immediately.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with 89bat, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as required by the registration form. This includes, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use fictitious identities, false information, or another person's personal details to register.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

89bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as a standard component of account management. You may be required to submit documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, and residential address at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• National ID card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Birth certificate (for supplementary age verification)
• Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming residential address (dated within three months)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by 89bat may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent closure, with funds returned to the verified payment source.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 89bat will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 89bat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All 89bat accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, wager amounts, and displayed balances are expressed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to transactions processed through supported Bangladeshi payment methods.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

89bat supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits are credited to your 89bat account in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 89bat does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are entirely the responsibility of the player.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the time the request is submitted, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 89bat compliance team in writing.

4.4 Payment Source Matching

89bat enforces a strict payment source matching policy. Funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same bKash number. Funds deposited via a specific bank account must be withdrawn to that same bank account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will result in immediate account suspension.

4.5 Deposit Limits

89bat reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming, compliance, or risk management purposes. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Once a deposit limit has been set by the player, it may only be increased after a cooling-off period of seven (7) days.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards issued by 89bat are subject to specific promotional terms communicated at the point of offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are issued on a per-account basis. Accounts found to be colluding to exploit bonuses will be disqualified and may be permanently suspended.
• 89bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bets already placed in good faith in reliance on the offer will be honoured.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully complete registration and KYC verification may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific amount, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and validity period of the welcome bonus are communicated at the time of the offer and may be updated by 89bat at its discretion. The welcome bonus is limited to one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

89bat employs automated monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to: low-margin arbitrage betting, systematic zero-risk wagering strategies, and co-ordinated multi-account bonus farming. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and binding once it has been accepted by the 89bat system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after confirmation. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.

6.2 Odds and Market Suspension

89bat reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during live events. Bets placed on suspended markets prior to suspension will stand. 89bat also reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing. A manifest error is defined as an odds price that is clearly and materially incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 89bat in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time for settlement purposes has elapsed
• The bet was placed on a manifestly erroneous price
• The event outcome cannot be officially verified
• Irregular match activity has been detected and referred to a sporting integrity body

In all cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance in full.

6.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and all bilateral series, the following additional rules apply: a match must complete at least five overs per side (in limited-overs formats) or constitute a complete day's play (in Test matches) for match-winner bets to stand. Outright and tournament-winner markets will stand regardless of individual match abandonments provided the tournament reaches its scheduled conclusion. Player performance proposition markets will be voided if the relevant player does not participate in the event.

07 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the 89bat platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and virtual table games — are supplied by independent third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, and Spribe. Each game is governed by that studio's individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

89bat does not operate, program, or modify any casino game. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live physical processes (in the case of live dealer games), and are entirely outside the control of 89bat.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in the game interface and the result recorded in 89bat's system logs, the system log record shall be deemed authoritative for settlement purposes.

Casino game bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those bonus funds, as set out in Section 5 of these Terms & Conditions. Not all casino games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements; specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotional terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bat platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating another person's multi-account activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit games, or circumvent platform security
• Collusion with other players, including co-ordinated arbitrage betting, chip dumping in poker variants, or shared bankroll exploitation of promotional offers
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or use the 89bat platform as a conduit for any illegal financial transaction
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment credentials
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
• Any conduct that 89bat, in its reasonable discretion, determines to constitute fraud, abuse, or a threat to the integrity of the platform

09 Suspension & Account Closure

9.1 Suspension by 89bat

89bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the direction of a relevant authority. During a suspension, the player will be unable to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to permanently close their 89bat account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected] from their registered email address. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Any active bonus balance will be voided upon closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 89bat platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, 89bat will make reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing the platform. See our Responsible Gaming Policy for full details.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89bat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, platform downtime, or errors in game or market results caused by third-party providers.

89bat's total cumulative liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arises.

89bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 89bat makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform, including odds data, match statistics, or promotional materials.

11 Privacy & Data

89bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

89bat uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible to 89bat staff in plaintext form.

89bat does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

89bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 89bat will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 89bat platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the player and 89bat shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 89bat from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any competent court of law.

All times referenced in these Terms & Conditions and on the 89bat platform are expressed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
